When will the Mission Athletics App be released?

What are my Shipping Options?

  • Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 12:00pm EST.

  • Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. you’d would like to expedite your order select FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx  2nd Day at checkout. Price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight. We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time.

  • Free shipping is available for international orders of $150 USD or more. Duties & Taxes do not apply towards free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped out of California. We do our best to ship orders promptly. Please be patient.

  • USPS First-Class Mail (Default Option) – Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

  • UPS Ground – Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

How do I track my order?

  • If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.

  • If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact marvin@mission-athletics.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.

How do I cancel or change my order?

  • We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We include pre-paid return labels in all orders placed within the US, and we’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it.

What is your return or exchange policy?

  • Changed your mind? For up to 15 days, we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on tgrshrk.com for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), email marvin@mission-athletics.com with your order number and the item you wish to return/exchange. Mission Athletics will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge.
